The group, which operates through My Home Constructions, was set up in 1981 by Dr. Rameswar Rao Jupally. Its reputation rests on large gated apartment communities and mixed-use townships in West Hyderabad, including My Home Bhooja, My Home Avatar, My Home Vihanga, My Home Mangala and My Home Nishada. Its business interests extend to cement, power and education. Cement is a direct link to construction quality: the founder took up cement manufacturing through My Home Industries, the makers of Maha Cement, because cement accounts for a sizeable share of construction costs.
The Bengaluru move is recent. In 2025 its affiliate Sreni Nirman Private Limited won a Bangalore Development Authority auction for a 52-acre parcel at Konadasapura on Whitefield Hoskote Road, reported at about Rs 2,097 crore. The parcel is planned as a high-rise mixed-use township of 5,735 apartments with retail, offices and a community centre. Commercial space in the same plan is put at 4.3 million sq. ft.
The project is a pre-launch integrated township at Konadasapura Village, near Budigere Cross. It is the Hyderabad group's first Bengaluru project and its largest residential community to date. The published project profile gives a land area of about 58 acres with roughly 70% open space, and more than 5,500 apartments in towers of ground plus twenty floors. Possession is set from 2031 onwards.
The homes are planned in six configurations, from compact 1 BHK units to 4 BHK residences:
These figures are super built-up areas, and unit plans are shared on request. The indicative pricing band is a useful starting point for a buyer comparing units: it runs from about Rs 60 lakh for a 1 BHK to about Rs 2.31 crore for a 4 BHK, at roughly Rs 10,000 to Rs 10,500 per sq. ft. super built-up.
Price movement along the corridor has been steep. Whitefield Road moved from about Rs 11,100 per sq. ft. in September 2025 to around Rs 13,000 by March 2026. Hoskote moved from about Rs 6,000 per sq. ft. in June 2025 to about Rs 7,250 by March 2026. Rates vary by sub-location, and prices change sharply between established Whitefield, Kadugodi, Kannamangala and the Hoskote-facing end, and project age, builder, Metro distance and apartment quality also change the rate.
For a large township, the corridor's land base matters. It is one of the last places in East Bengaluru where builders can still find 30 to 50 acres, which is the scale this project requires. A buyer weighing the township against core Whitefield will also find a wide gap in entry points: average property rates along Hoskote Road sit at Rs 7,200 to Rs 7,800 per sq. ft., against Rs 13,500 to Rs 14,200 per sq. ft. on Whitefield Main.
Road access is the immediate advantage. The site sits close to the Whitefield–Hoskote Road (SH-35), with the Old Madras Road (NH-75) about two kilometres away. Whitefield and ITPL are about 12 to 14 km east. Longer-distance links are strengthening: the area sits where the Satellite Town Ring Road meets the Bengaluru–Chennai Expressway, giving daily drivers a quicker way to reach major jobs and tech parks.
Rail access is still in progress. The Kadugodi Metro station is operational on the Whitefield side, and BMRCL is studying a 16-km Purple Line extension from KR Puram towards Hoskote. Local road works are also underway, with work started in May on the Rs 35-crore Hope Farm underpass between Whitefield and Kadugodi.
Hoskote's employment base is industrial as well as IT-led. With 200 industries in Hoskote and the new Chennai Expressway, the area has a steady and growing job market. Social infrastructure is the area where the corridor is still catching up. Malls, hospitals and schools are still developing compared with Whitefield. Schools and hospitals are established in Whitefield itself, which is why a township of this size, with its own community centre and retail, carries weight in the area.
The group's record is concentrated in Hyderabad. As per the company's own communications, it has crossed 35 years of operations and delivered 25 projects spanning 37 million sq. ft. Its most recent large Hyderabad launch is a joint venture: My Home Akrida, part of a mega integrated township, is a joint venture between My Home Group and Prathima Group. With 12 high-rise luxury residential towers, towering G+39 floors, it will house around 3,780 apartments. The Konadasapura plan applies the same high-rise township model to Bengaluru.
