About the Developer

My Home Group

My Home Group traces its roots to 1981, when Dr. Rameswar Rao Jupally, a homeopathy physician who turned to land development, established My Home Constructions in Hyderabad. The company grew alongside the city's information technology boom in the western corridor, and over more than four decades it has become one of the most recognisable names on Hyderabad's residential skyline. Today the group is chaired by its founder and operates across real estate, cement and power, with real estate at its core. Its development footprint reflects a long-term commitment to a single city.

The group's signature approach is the large-format gated community, planned as a self-contained neighbourhood rather than a single tower. My Home Vyoma in the Financial District brings together 12 towers rising to 51 storeys on a 22.34-acre site, with more than 80 percent of the land kept open and a clubhouse of around one lakh square feet. Sustainability is built into the planning as well, and My Home Apas and My Home Sayuk received IGBC Pre-Certified Gold ratings in January 2024. The result is a model in which green spaces, amenities and architecture are designed together from the first master plan.

The portfolio spans the city's principal growth corridors, with projects in Tellapur, Kokapet, Kondapur, Madhapur, Ameerpet, Tolichowki, Madinaguda and Hi Tech City. Residences range from two- and three-bedroom apartments to four-bedroom homes and villas, and the group also develops commercial space, including My Home Hub in Hi Tech City. Earlier landmarks such as My Home Rainbow, My Home Navadweepa and My Home Jewel show a track record that spans two decades, while newer launches including My Home Tarkshya, My Home Ankura and My Home Mangala continue the same model. Ready-to-move homes and projects under construction sit side by side, giving buyers a choice of possession timelines within a single brand.

The group's guiding idea is making living better, a phrase that sums up its view of luxury as a complete lifestyle rather than a list of finishes. In practice this shows up in planning that prioritises open space, in gated communities designed for daily use, and in amenities intended to serve residents across generations. Beyond housing, the group has interests in cement, power and education, and it has described social responsibility in infrastructure, health and environmental sustainability as part of its purpose. For buyers, the ownership philosophy comes down to a clear promise: homes built to last, planned for community, and delivered by a developer that has stayed in Hyderabad for more than four decades.

What Makes Us Different

Our Specialties

Gated Township Living

Gated Township Living

My Home Group plans its largest projects as gated communities that combine residences, open space and daily amenities in one place. My Home Vyoma in the Financial District is a 22.34-acre community with 12 towers rising to 51 storeys, more than 80 percent open space, 2,360 residences and a clubhouse of about one lakh square feet. Projects such as My Home Mangala in Kondapur, built over 20 acres, show the same approach at a different scale. The model keeps infrastructure, landscape and amenities planned together from the outset.

Green Certified Construction

Green Certified Construction

Sustainability is a working priority in the group's construction programme. My Home Apas and My Home Sayuk were awarded IGBC Pre-Certified Gold ratings in January 2024, and the group has received the IGBC Green Champion Award for leadership in green homes in India. In September 2024 it was recognised for best sustainable practices at the CREDTECH event in Hyderabad. These recognitions reflect a planning approach that treats energy, water and open space as part of the home from the first design stage.

High-Rise Skyline Residences

High-Rise Skyline Residences

The group has built vertically where the city's skyline demands it. My Home Avali in Tellapur is associated with one of the tallest residential towers in Hyderabad, offering panoramic views across the city. My Home Vyoma rises to 51 storeys, and My Home Udyan is planned with towers of up to 48 floors. High-rise planning is paired with open-space design, so vertical living keeps the sense of light and space that buyers look for in premium apartments.

Land Bank and Master Planning

Land Bank and Master Planning

The group's scale rests on its land holdings, and its business has long been tied to land in and around Hyderabad. It has reported owning more than 2,000 acres in and around the city. This position lets the group plan sites as complete townships rather than isolated plots, sequencing residential phases, open space and access roads on a single master plan. Projects in Tellapur, Kokapet and the Financial District reflect that approach, giving buyers a clear view of how their neighbourhood will develop.

Commercial and Mixed-Use Development

Commercial and Mixed-Use Development

Alongside homes, My Home Group develops commercial space in the city's employment corridors. My Home Hub in Hi Tech City and My Home Abhra in Hitech City add workspace to a residential brand that also operates in the same locality. Forbes India describes the group's luxury offering as spanning both residential and commercial projects. For buyers, mixed-use planning close to major employment hubs supports everyday convenience and long-term value.

Built In-House

Excellence at Every Level

My Home Group's vertical integration spans land, construction, cement and power under one family enterprise. For buyers, the same organisation that acquires land and plans the township also oversees the build and handover, reducing the number of parties involved in a purchase. Keeping accountability with one developer from land to possession supports continuity in planning and quality. It also gives the group direct control over build schedules and material sourcing.

My Home Constructions

The construction arm, My Home Constructions Private Limited, was established in 1981 and carries the group's residential and commercial delivery. It handles planning, construction and handover for gated communities across Hyderabad, from high-rise towers to villas. Buyers benefit from one team responsible for the full build cycle and a developer that has delivered more than two dozen projects in the city.

Land Acquisition and Planning

The group's land division identifies, acquires and masterplans sites in and around Hyderabad. Holding a sizeable land bank allows residential phases, open space and access roads to be planned as one coherent township. For buyers, this means a neighbourhood's long-term layout is set early and reflected in the homes that follow.

Maha Cement

Maha Cement is one of the group's best-known industrial brands and is among the larger cement makers in southern India. The group sold a 50 percent stake in the cement business to Irish company CRH in 2008. Access to an established cement operation supports consistent sourcing of a core building material for the group's projects.

Power Generation

The group's power interests include captive generation units of around 70 MW, according to published reports. Captive capacity gives the group greater control over energy for its own operations. For residents of large communities, this supports reliable infrastructure and dependable power for shared facilities.

Education and Community Initiatives

The group's interests extend to education, and it invests in infrastructure, health and environmental sustainability as part of its social commitments. For residents, these commitments strengthen the wider ecosystem around its townships, from schools and healthcare access to green initiatives that benefit the neighbourhood.
