My Home Group traces its origins to 1981, when Dr. Rameswar Rao Jupally, who had trained as a homeopathic physician, moved into land development in Hyderabad. The group's residential record sits mainly in Hyderabad, where it has delivered more than 20 million square feet across gated communities. Its Bengaluru entry is recent. In 2025, its affiliate Sreni Nirman Private Limited won a Bangalore Development Authority auction for a 52-acre parcel at Konadasapura, reported at about Rs 2,097 crore. The group also runs cement and power interests, which sit alongside its property business.
The same development appears in channel listings as My Home Whitefield and on the developer's own site as My Home Konadasapura. The site lies in Konadasapura Village, about 1 km from Budigere Cross on the Whitefield-Hoskote Road corridor, and the developer calls it its first Bengaluru project. The published plan describes more than 5,500 apartments in 1, 2, 2.5, 3 and 4 BHK configurations, roughly 70 percent open space and possession from 2031. Reported plans for the 52-acre parcel also include retail, offices and a community centre, so the scheme is built as a mixed-use township rather than a single residential block.
The corridor's demand base is employment. The developer's project page places ITPL and Whitefield about 12 to 14 km east of the site, and Old Madras Road is about 2 km away. The Purple Line terminal at Kadugodi and Whitefield has run since 2023, linking the area to MG Road, Indiranagar and Majestic by air-conditioned trains. Schools and hospitals cited for projects along this road include Narayana e-Techno School, New Horizon Gurukul, Apollo Clinic and Sakra World Hospital. Budigere Cross, the nearest landmark to the site, is described by local guides as the value entry point of the wider Whitefield market.
Most place Whitefield apartments around Rs 11,000 to Rs 13,000 per square foot in 2026, with metro-adjacent and premium gated projects above Rs 15,000. Listing platforms show My Home Whitefield from about Rs 1.88 crore for 2, 3 and 4 BHK homes. Rental yields in the corridor are cited between 3.5 and 4.5 percent, and long-run appreciation has been estimated at roughly 12 percent a year, though these figures come from third-party market guides rather than official data.
