My Home Udyan launches in Tellapur with 3,766 homes across 24 acres
My Home Group has introduced My Home Udyan, a residential township in the Tellapur, Velimela and Kollur belt of West Hyderabad. The project is registered with the Telangana Real Estate Regulatory Authority under registration number P01100010613 and is listed as a New Launch. It spreads across 24.12 acres and comprises eight towers of G+48 floors, with 3,766 apartments in total.
The township is planned with a strong emphasis on open space. Around 83 per cent of the site is reserved for landscaped gardens, outdoor amenities and open areas, and the development carries a density of 156 units per acre. Marketing for the project is built around the idea of moving from dense concrete to open, green living, reflected in the developer's tagline, "Built Once. Loved Always." Expected possession is around February 2031.

Common areas are covered by 24-hour manned security and CCTV surveillance, with video door phones and intercoms in the homes. Units are planned with a floor-to-floor height of 3.15 metres. Electrical work uses concealed copper wiring with modular switches, and common areas have full diesel generator backup, with partial backup for individual units. Plumbing uses CPVC pipes with branded fittings. The site also includes a sewage treatment plant, rainwater harvesting and waste management facilities.
The location
My Home Udyan sits on the Outer Ring Road, which links the township to other parts of the city. Many apartments overlook more than 3,000 acres of greenery near the ICRISAT campus, a feature that distinguishes the site within the Tellapur belt. The township has strong road connections to the Financial District and Gachibowli, the employment corridors of western Hyderabad, and HITEC City is within reach of the same routes.
Telapur railway station is a well-known landmark in the area, and Rajiv Gandhi International Airport is also referenced as a regional landmark. Nearby daily needs include Citizens Hospital in Serilingampally, Birla Open Mind International School in Tellapur, and the Gulmohar Park neighbourhood in Serilingampally. Gachibowli also has the SLN Terminus office area and the Lemon Tree Hotel.
The developer
My Home Group is a Hyderabad-based developer. Its construction arm, My Home Constructions Private Limited, was established in 1981 by Jupally Rameswar Rao, and the group has been led by the same founder for over three decades. The company has built a substantial portfolio in the city, including My Home Rainbow, My Home Navadweepa and My Home Abhra.
In Tellapur, the group has several residential communities nearby, including My Home Sayuk, My Home Vipina, My Home Avali and My Home Akrida. Its 2026 launches also include My Home Vyoma in Nanakramguda, a project of approximately 25.26 acres with 12 residential towers offering 3 and 4 BHK apartments. Readers can explore the project's full details on the My Home Udyan page.
What comes next
With the project now registered and listed, buyers in the Tellapur belt can review the configurations, indicative pricing and amenity plans as construction proceeds across the eight towers. Expected possession is around February 2031, and the progress of the towers and clubhouse will be the next milestone to watch in the coming years.
