My Home Group opens pre-launch registrations for its Bengaluru township
Published
My Home Group has opened pre-launch for My Home Konadasapura, a planned integrated township on Konadasapura Village near Budigere Cross on the Whitefield-Hoskote Road in East Bengaluru. Developer pages are now collecting registrations for launch updates, and the project is moving toward a formal launch.
The township is spread across about 52 acres and is planned as a mixed-use development. Planning material points to 5,735 proposed apartments, while the developer describes more than 5,500 homes. The residential buildings rise up to 46 upper floors, with retail, offices and a community centre forming part of the same programme. It is the group's first project in Bengaluru and its largest residential scheme to date.
Homes, sizes and what the township includes
The developer lists 1, 2, 2.5, 3 and 4 BHK apartments ranging from 600 to 2,200 sq ft of super built-up area. Planning material focuses on 2, 3 and 4 BHK homes, with 1,189 two-bedroom, 3,833 three-bedroom and 713 four-bedroom units in the plan. Pricing is available on request from the developer. Phase 1 is slated for possession from 2031 onwards.
The township's layout includes the following elements:
- About 70 percent of the site is kept as open space, with central green spines, water features and community zones.
- Around 5.14 acres of landscape and approximately 15,300 parking spaces are planned.
- A clubhouse with a swimming pool and gym features in the developer's listing, with core amenities at an early stage of development.
- Internal roads are planned at 12, 18, 24 and 32 metres, with 16-metre driveways and fire circulation around the residential groups.
The site's northern and western edges are shaped by a nala and its buffer, and road-widening areas influence the approach from Konadasapura Road and the Whitefield-Hoskote Road.
The developer states that Karnataka RERA registration has been applied for. The land parcel was won by Sreni Nirman Private Limited, a group affiliate, in a 2025 auction held by the Bangalore Development Authority, which sold the 52-acre parcel online after nearly twenty rounds of bidding. Brigade and Godrej were among the reported bidders.
The location
Konadasapura sits near Budigere Cross, about one kilometre away, and is reached through the Whitefield-Hoskote Road (SH-35) and Old Madras Road (NH-75). Hoskote town lies about 7 km away, while Whitefield and ITPL are roughly 12 to 14 km distant. Whitefield railway station is about 5.7 km from the site. The Purple Line of Namma Metro ends its eastern run at Whitefield (Kadugodi), and the site is also positioned on an alternative route to Kempegowda International Airport via Budigere.
Infrastructure in the corridor is taking shape. The Bengaluru Business Corridor, formerly the Peripheral Ring Road, is a 73.5 km expressway running along Old Madras Road and Hoskote Road. It received environment clearance in April 2026, and the first work package near Tumakuru Road went out for bids in May 2026, while the Hoskote stretch remains at the planning stage. BMRCL is also examining a roughly 16 km metro extension from KR Puram to Hoskote, with stations under study at Budigere Cross, Kattamanallur Gate, Hoskote Toll Plaza and central Hoskote. The study precedes a detailed project report and government approvals.
Local market data places the average price of apartments in Konadasapura at around Rs 10,500 per sq ft, with monthly rents in the locality ranging from Rs 22,500 to Rs 30,700. Nearby residential developments include Brigade Belvedere on Budigere Main Road, Sattva Songbird off NH-75 at Budigere Cross and Sobha One World at Hoskote.
