My Home Group has filed approvals with the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority for a high-rise residential development at Budvel, in the Rajendra Nagar area of Hyderabad. The filing, reported in November 2025, sets out plans for a project that would be the developer's second in the HMDA layout at Budvel, following Prestige Spring Heights.
The plan is for apartments across G+34 floors on a land parcel of about 10.59 acres, with around 1,654 units in total. The project is expected to be known as My Home Budvel, a working name built from the developer and the locality. Apartments are planned in 2.5 BHK, 3 BHK and 4 BHK configurations. A launch in mid-2026 has been widely anticipated, though the developer is yet to open bookings or expressions of interest.
