My Home Group plans 58-acre township in Konadasapura, East Bengaluru

My Home Group, the Hyderabad-based developer, has set out plans for a mixed-use residential township in Konadasapura, East Bengaluru. The project, named My Home Konadasapura, sits beside the Whitefield–Hoskote Main Road and marks the group's entry into the Bengaluru residential market. The land was secured through Sreni Nirman Private Limited, an associate of My Home Group, which won a Bangalore Development Authority auction for the site.

The BDA e-auction was held on January 5, 2026, and offered a 52-acre commercial land parcel at Konadasapura off Old Madras Road. Five bidders took part, including Brigade Group and Godrej Properties. After more than 20 rounds of competitive bidding, Sreni Nirman emerged as the highest bidder, and the authority's total revenue from the three properties offered in the auction reached ₹2,097 crore. The developer describes the township as spanning about 58 acres, with roughly 70 per cent reserved as open and landscaped space.

Project details and configurations

The township is planned as an integrated community of 5,735 homes, combined with retail, offices and a community centre. The residential component is organised into eight towers of G+20 floors, arranged around central green spines, water features and community zones. The developer lists the homes in 1, 2, 2.5, 3 and 4 BHK configurations, with super built-up areas ranging from 600 to 2,200 sq ft.

  • 1 BHK: 600 to 750 sq ft
  • 2 BHK: 1,100 to 1,260 sq ft
  • 2.5 BHK: 1,280 to 1,320 sq ft
  • 3 BHK with 2 toilets: 1,500 to 1,650 sq ft
  • 3 BHK with 3 toilets: 1,700 to 1,900 sq ft
  • 4 BHK with 3 toilets: 2,130 to 2,200 sq ft

The developer's indicative pricing, based on corridor rates as of June 2026, places 1 BHK homes at about ₹60 to 79 lakh, 2 BHK homes at about ₹1.10 to 1.32 crore, 2.5 BHK homes at about ₹1.28 to 1.39 crore, 3 BHK homes at about ₹1.50 to 2.00 crore and 4 BHK homes at about ₹2.13 to 2.31 crore. These figures are indicative and are not an official price list.

The project is at the pre-launch stage. Possession is indicated from 2031 onwards for the first phase, and the development is subject to Karnataka RERA registration. The planned clubhouse is listed with a pool and gym, and the site's northern and western edges are shaped by a nala and its buffer zone.

Location and connectivity

The site lies in Konadasapura, Bidarahalli Hobli, in the Bengaluru East area, and is close to the Whitefield–Hoskote Road (SH-35), which gives access to Old Madras Road (NH-75). Budigere Cross is about one kilometre away, Hoskote town is about 7 km, and Whitefield and ITPL are roughly 12 to 14 km away. Whitefield railway station is about 5.7 km from the site.

Namma Metro's Purple Line serves the wider area, with Whitefield (Kadugodi) as its elevated eastern terminal. The Konadasapura location also offers an alternative route to Kempegowda International Airport through Budigere. A proposed metro link from KR Puram to Hoskote, about 16 km long, is being studied by BMRCL, with stations under consideration at Budigere Cross, Kattamanallur Gate, Hoskote Toll Plaza and central Hoskote. The feasibility study is at an early stage and construction has not begun.

The Bengaluru Business Corridor, formerly called the Peripheral Ring Road, is a 73.5 km expressway that will run along Old Madras Road and Hoskote Road. It received environment clearance in April 2026, and its first work package near Tumakuru Road went out for bids in May 2026. A ₹35-crore underpass at Hope Farm between Whitefield and Kadugodi also began work in May.
