My Home Group traces its origins to 1981, when Dr. Rameswar Rao Jupally founded My Home Constructions with a residential colony. The company's early landmarks were in central Hyderabad, including My Home JM Apartments in Somajiguda, which dates to 1989, and My Home Manjari on Raj Bhavan Road. Later schemes such as My Home Jewel, a mega apartment complex spread over 22.5 acres, set a template for large gated communities in the city.
The group now describes 27 landmark developments in Hyderabad. Its current pipeline is concentrated in the western corridor, with projects in Tellapur, Kokapet, Kondapur and the Financial District, alongside older addresses in Madhapur, Tolichowki, Ameerpet and Sri Nagar Colony. For a buyer, that spread means the same builder has delivered inside the city core and is now building at the western edge, where Kollur sits.
My Home Udyan is the group's Kollur project, sited off the Nehru Outer Ring Road near Velimela. The land parcel covers 24.12 acres and carries eight towers of 3B+G+48 floors, with 2 BHK, 2.5 BHK, 3 BHK and 4 BHK residences ranging from about 1,350 to 2,915 sq ft. Listing portals place the project at more than 3,700 homes, and cite a RERA-recorded possession date of 1 February 2031.
Pricing on listing portals starts at around ₹1.01 Cr for a 2 BHK, ₹1.26 Cr for a 2.5 BHK, and ₹2.08 Cr for a 3 BHK, with the largest premium unit listed from ₹2.19 Cr. The scale is the main design statement: the site is large enough for an internal amenity programme of 30-plus facilities, including a clubhouse and swimming pool, and portals note that open space makes up a substantial share of the layout.
The project sits in the same stretch as My Home Vipina, My Home Tridasa and My Home Avali, which means a Kollur buyer is choosing within a single developer's ecosystem of townships rather than an isolated tower.
Kollur is defined by road access. The Outer Ring Road passes through the village and has a major junction there, and a trumpet interchange at ORR Exit 2 links the area to the highway. From Kollur, the Financial District, Gachibowli and HITEC City are commonly reached by road in roughly 25 to 30 minutes, depending on traffic, and the Nehru Outer Ring Road runs directly past the Udyan site.
Nearby social infrastructure includes Aparna Neo Mall, listed at about 7 km, and the University of Hyderabad, listed at about 8.5 km. Public transport in the belt is still road-led rather than rail-led, and buyers who commute to the Financial District or HITEC City generally plan around the ORR.
Different portals report different figures for Kollur, which reflects how thinly traded parts of the corridor are. One rate band puts localities between about ₹3,286 and ₹6,814 per sq ft, with an 11.1% rise over the last year. Another puts the average apartment rate at around ₹6,950 per sq ft, with apartment prices up roughly 13% year on year. A 2026 Magicbricks-based reading records an average of about ₹6,474 per sq ft for January to March, with new project pricing generally between ₹6,000 and ₹8,000 per sq ft.
Rental demand is part of the same story. Average monthly rents quoted for Kollur run from about ₹20,000 for a 1 BHK to roughly ₹40,000 for a 3 BHK, which gives investors a yield case alongside end-use buyers.
A My Home purchase in Kollur is a bet on the western corridor maturing around large townships, not on a finished neighbourhood. The Udyan timeline runs to 2031, so buyers should match their holding horizon to that schedule, and compare the size of each configuration against their household needs. The group's Hyderabad record, spanning central colonies and newer western townships, gives a long operating history to weigh against that timeline.
The group has also begun to build beyond Hyderabad, with a Mumbai residential project reported in the press, though its Hyderabad portfolio remains the core of its business.
